This is the Sanyo controller version from DIYINHK on ebay. This is for repairing broken DDC1 or DDC2 pumps. It gives a small boost to performance and reduces noise a bit as well over the original DDC1.

My first time trying this, so I didn't really know what I was doing...:)
Fine tweezers would be a really good idea to remove the winding wires from the original PCB. Also you should pry up at the IC to break it free not like I did. You should also do a better job at cleaning up old glue. Anyhow....this is how I did it, and it worked when I was done...success!

  • No solder sucker? Solder sucker made it a lot easier for me when I was pulling pumps apart.

    I don't have one, but that would probably help a bunch. I guess there is soldering wick that would do a similar job. The main tool I was lacking was some fine tweezers though, you need something very find that can pull and hold the wires in place while both desoldering and soldering back in place.
