Now, this'll make a lot more sense if you know what the story up to the final chapter is. Too bad I haven't recorded the previous chapters (yet?).

This game was pretty interesting, a fun, not too difficult stealth game. When you get Projection+, disposing of enemies will be a piece of cake.

To summarize the story: John Vattic (You) wakes up in this medical research facility, you have no memory except this one mission six months ago, WinterICE. You remember things (and learn psychic abilities), get flashbacks that change the present, you figure out the badguy, Hanson and try to stop him but it's too late, Hanson says you can't change the past, then this flashback occurs.

You get five psychic skills (excluding the final, unusable one), Telekinesis, Healing, Charm, PSI Attack and Projection.

  • @CrimsonPhantom88 I have a theory for why the ending cutscene is silent... You see, the whole game is based upon John Vattic discovering his possible future and saving the people he cares about. The ending scene is very dramatic, and the silence lets the emotions control the tone. With talking, it would be less meaningful. Yes, I am aware that you posted your comment 4 months ago, but I thought I might give my opinion on this.

  • @CyberLance26 Yeah. You could do different strategies to reach a checkpoint. PsiOps was way too linear; and for a military character, Nick sucked way too much with guns & stealth. Too many bugs, randomness & the obligatory smurf juice to replenished his "own" abilities made it more annoying than fun. When the training(infinite bars) is more fun than the actual missions, something is wrong...
