@jessweetca Good point we are animals and they all do this we may have evolved to need this...but being so isolated now....

Our "individualist culture" is so bad that we have to buy these silly self-massaging tools.... people from collectivist cultures just ask, "I need a massage. Can you give me one?", and the answer is "Yes" because they actually value taking care of one another/ their elderly.

Same shit, pick either one.

Thanks for this instruction video!!!!! So helpful!

Just ordered the theracane, can't wait to get it! I highly recommend the workbook he showed. The instructions given for TP helped more than ten months worth of dr.visits for whiplash: cortizone injections, multiple lidocaine injections and of course pain pills and exercise!! Not supposed to exercise with TP. Have to get rid of those first!! Western medicine has alot of catching up to do in certain areas. A+++

The perfect device if you run out of batteries or even solar energy. It trigger those un-reachable critical points in our body. John techniques are so easy to follow and great.

I want this! Do you know anything about a similar one called the Body Buddy? Which one would you recommend? My main problem is tightness under my shoulder blades.
I agree jess. i teach couples massage, & i encourage my clients to work on themselves and their friends.
i use the theracane on myself a lot. It would be hard to ask for what i get with this one tool. Trigger points require high maintenance.
