@marquiseacorbett thats wierd soo you know more about lifting than an iffbb pro bodybuilder that also has the powerlifting record for both raw squat and raw total in the 275 wt class which is actually higher than the 308 record? whats your name ill have to check out your vids?.... listen for what hes training for yes it does do shit

im not saying that he doesn't know how to workout but 2 reps of squats with heavy weight doesnt do shit for your legs. Since your legs are basically endurance muscles I would recommend 15- 25 reps to really get that burn and build some muscle....bye the way I use to do the same thing and it didnt work Now I do more reps and I jump way higher now

He's got a 825lb Deadlift, so I'd say his Hamstring strength is more than decent.
I guess it looks like he's dropping onto the box because he's trying to descend fast or because he's a Raw lifter who hasn't used box squats much.
You know who else is bad to drop onto the box when it's got the foam pad on? Dave Tate.
