Queens College Men's Basketball team
Lifting (Pull & Hip day) with a focus with power jerk followed by morning conditioning. This is a new strength and conditioning program and video was taken on a phone, which explains the quality. But the hard work from the athletes are there and you get a sense of what the program is like.
