Kurt Perschke is a douche bag. He has scammed multiple communities out of tax dollars and should be exposed, prosecuted and serve some time in jail (after he reimburses the money he has stolen)
I must be way out to lunch when it comes to what constitutes art. You know when something is really lame and someone who calls themselves an artist and sticks a giant red ball in lame places, then calls it art. This is the best version of lame red ball a.k.a. art I've ever seen. I still don't get it. And...the commentator said an adult pretends not to see it. What adult is he speaking of to say we pretend we don't see it? OMG double lame. THE EMPERORS NEW CLOTHES ....AGAIN!
