if you didn't notice, when ovechkin scores and slides towards the boards, voros protects ovechkin's head so he doesn't get injured (:50 sec).Obviously they weren't crashing into the boards at a speed were injury was inevitable, but still good job on voros' part. true class.

@vmcnick ya ive heard that too, but hockey players are always injured so I wouldnt be too sure that the injury had that much of an impact but sure maybe, but its not just his shot he was missing passes and not beeing able to get by defenders as he used too. His hockey sense seemed to have disapeared a bit i thought. ive seen like 40 games a season of the caps with ovechkin and ive noticed a big difference this year. Seemed like he struggles with everything and is not at peace anymore on the ice
