actually,it`s not that hard to get loops like these.Just torrent for Fruity Loops or Reason,and it will come to you.This is actually some time looping and sample playing for its own sake.Simple,very,very simple.CHeck out The Dukes White Bishop Five for a more concrete resulto of trackers,sequencers and samplers
