Easy. Load a save game right before final mission and start the fun. Wait till 3:30 and head to Harrington House, let the Preps see and chase you to Autoshop (Avoid Prefects on the way). The Greasers will automatically attack the Preps and therefore start the big fight.

I like when one of the greasers hold a prep by his arms and lets the other one punch the shit out of him.

Also when a big one picks up a prep and squeezes him and throws him down.
