If you cant figure it out for yourself, this program is meant to be used along side a torrent program such as utorrent or bittorrent.
Instead of extracting these slightly edited files (there was a glitch that i fixed on the installers shown in the video) just download the installers from below. (they fixed it in the new version of Peer guardian)
