I'm impressed. Only RT would bring this up. I was just thinking the recent FBI's entrapment cases seemed to be a strategy similar to past COINTELPRO. Also, I always thought the Judi Bari case from the 1990s seemed like a possible example of COINTELPRO. The FBI might be more careful now, but I doubt they've actually ended those kind of activities. With the Patriot Act and the increased federal power, I'm sure there during worse things now than they ever did in the past.

this is exactly why the Puerto Rican people don't want freedom and independence. Every independence movement was sabotaged and propaganda was used to convince the people of Puerto Rico, throughout several decades, that independence was the worst option for PR. That somehow the best position for PR would be to subject itself to cultural, political, and economic inferiority.

Sadly, cointel's mission with Puerto Rico was a huge success...
