I liked your video ,but don't you think at the very last stitch you should put in an insurance knot after you loop the 3inch piece of yarn though the hole. Just incase what you made gets tugged on ,your work doesn't get undone.

I need to update these videos actually.
What I do now is tie the last stitch tight and then weave in the end, so that the work doesn't come undone. I've also begun weaving in the tail yarn, too.

is it possible to bind of when your on a row with a pearl stitch.

Yeah, it's possible.
Sometimes when I'm knitting in the round using only a purl stitch, I'll bind off in a purl stitch.
So, yes, it's possible.
