@ChelleyDoll A way you can apply the top coat without smearing is if you let a big drop on your nail, then wipe the brush off and use it to smooth the drop around your nail. Might help

@ChelleyDoll I do lol. but I like to use acrylic paints so they dry really fast and the wont smear at all when the top coat goes on =)
