I don't know the context of his closing statement about applying a wave to metal, however this has been done for near half a century. Wave guides make an excellent transmission medium.

@jezzyby47 Neydymium, the center element (electron Reservoir) used to cost 25 cents an ounce before 1970. Since then itas gone way up, and now its $4 and over an ounce. Other raw materials, like Copper, (Electron emitter/Paramagnetic eddycurrent generator) have similarly gone up.

@kuvceebxab1 I work with professor Searl since 2007 as Chief Inverse Gravity Vehicle Engineer for Swallowcommand. I built a 9.5 foot Searl Inverse Gravity Vehicle and transported it in summer, 2010 to Albuquerque, New Mexico for TeslaTech2010 Extraordinary science conference, and I lectured on it with Professor Searl in two lectures there. Searl Magnetics is up and running in California since September, 2010. Costs are astronomical now, that is the main issue.
