Here is a tutorial to build a Giant Sims Aquarium in The Sims 3 game.
This tip works only with two sides of the pool (the side opposite the road and another one, it depends of where you built it)

if you want to do this with a basement then you have to type in the cheat " moveobjects on" and then do it

if you want to add fish or anything type in " testingchatsenabled ture" and then " Buydebug" then you will get a ? sign then you will have fish that you can put in the pool or lake, thumb this up so people can see
