I don't think jetting is the case. It sounds more like clutching. when the front end goes up it puts a huge load on the track. If the belt is to deep in the secondary the little 440 just can't come up with enough balls to pull it over and you get that bog.  Happened all the time with my 440 till I got it clutched. Add a stiffer secondary spring to hold it in a lower shift ratio or get a double angled helix that always works. 50-42.46 or 50-44.46 Team helix always does the trick.

hey whats ur jetting on the sled.. it should be 310 mains, 25 pilots and it sounds like ur air screw needs some adjusting. 310 mains is good for -20 in a 0-1500 ft altitude. maybe check that along with ur needle. the clip should be on second from the top. if all this is correct and ur air screw is correct then its ur clutching.
