In an interview with Liu Jia Chang on FFF's death, he mentioned a list of songs he composed for her. That list includes 我愿 which is a song in the 星語 album, and that album sleeve puts the composer as 郑贵昶. Hence by deduction, 郑贵昶 is actually Liu Chia Chang. If that's true then the first few Liu Wen Cheng albums are all composed by Liu Chia Chang.
Totally agree with icantzcontrolz that this song could be composed by Liu Jia Chang. In fact this song is from the album 星語, and that is the title of a Liu-directed film. That album credits all the film's songs to 郑贵昶, which is so unlike Liu not to compose his own songs.
