Tapsa is Buddhist Temple in the Maisan (mountain) southwest of Jinan, South Korea. Tapsa is best known for the eighty stone pagodas standing there constructed by a single Buddhist layman using no mortar, beginning about 1885. There is a plaque that says that windstorms fail to topple the pagodas, they only rock and smile at them (the windstorms).
