look at my Mame cab in my dark basement.
currently it plays Arcade, Snes, Nes, Megadrive and PC Engine.
I know it once lived life as a Wonderboy cabinet. When i got it it had been converted to a Neo-Geo. it has the original electrohome arcade monitor in it, still works!. The rolling effect you see in this video is caused by the camera im using. I found the dig-dug marquee at a flea market.
The cabinet is still under construction but pretty much everything works on it. I want to redo the control panel, add coin mech to door and upgrade the monitor. maybe some day.

  • to be honest i cant remember. its all running on ms dos. couldnt get windows or linux to run on the arcade monitor without rolling uncontrollably, but managed to get it in dos. the main menu is just a bunch of batch files referencing each other. next time im logged into it with the kb ill find out what front ends i used. it uses 2 front ends.
