Another proof positive reason why we this district needs new leadership. Again she talks about the high unemployment rate in Milwaukee, but this spending creates ZERO jobs

Trouble is this is not a new topic, the research HAS been done and it works, this money does not need to be spent, unless it went directly into a turn key "poop digester" But it didn't, it went to future favors to assure her re election at the cost of the tax payer.
