Trouble is this is not a new topic, the research HAS been done and it works, this money does not need to be spent, unless it went directly into a turn key "poop digester" But it didn't, it went to future favors to assure her re election at the cost of the tax payer. What "electrical" company? Well she is off my list for re election. I am sure being a graduate of Marquette didn't have anything to do with this.
