Besides being funny on surface value this clip is actually making fun of the tastes of my parents' generation (I was born in 89). If you have European parents some of their favorite songs are "wordless" gibberish, back then it was highly fashionable so they would have thought that in the future all songs would not have words. This is just an explanation for people who aren't aware of the "inside" joke :)
