about his accent, let me say this: if you haven't at any point and time made fun of a redneck accent, you either have a strong accent or you have no care about southerners. the southern "culture" if you want to call it that, has a foundation of making fun of one another. There's a saying here in Alabama; its four letters: TGFM. Thank God for Mississippi, the only state Alabama can joke on. Also like to say, accents develop through region and societies within it, not by class.
