Huh, stumbled upon this video again. Weird, but eh, we'll go with it.
People who laugh at the person's situation, regardless of if the person wound up being okay, don't seem to account for minor details that could have happened and made things worse.
But hey, with the anonymity of the internet, guess that's all the veil sociopaths really need to get a cheap laugh without public consequences.

@radharc05 i'm an Medic and in incidents involving petrol stations it is sometimes best to move the person away from the danger. Here though you are correct there is no need. Had the fuel still be pumping then moving him would have been the preferred option.

@grahamek86 Then maybe you'd like it if people just laughed at you instead of calling an ambulance if you were fixing something in your home. Your power drill gets stuck in the 'on' mode and you trip, sending it right through your eye on the way down.
If you can't see that making light of injuries, regardless of extremety, is sick and demented, then I guess you wouldn't mind losing an eye. CLEARLY you don't need it as you refuse to see people not being jackasses like yourself. Sad and pathetic.

Thats a horrendeous thing to happen, and not funny either. What if it was your father, mother, brother or sister that was on the recieving end of that. That lady did what she had to do.. So some people on here would rekon that it would be safer leave the diesel pump oozing out Diesel and for her to move that man. He could have a broken neck or back injury and moving him could leave him paralysed.
I'm a first aider, and you DONT MOVE SOMEBODY WHEN YOU DONT KNOW THE EXTENT OF INJURY.

yes, she definately did the right thing, removed any danger, then called for help (assuming thats why she ran inside)
