to start things off your have you dancey move to power up, whether you use sword dance or dragon dance is down too you.

dragon dance gives you + 1 in spd and + 1 in atk
sword dance gives you + 2 in atk

if you feeling up for it go for the normal and water combo which hits everything but empoleon. But if not
dragon claw and outrage is for stab, and will probaly be doing alot of damage for you. earthquake and fire punch is mainly there for steel types that resist dragon moves and stone edge is used to hit lugia hard.

@prowii52 im not pretty sure because i dont have black and white, you can batlle other ev raising pokemon but the EV you will get its gona split in the EVs you have been training

for example, you can get 30 atk EV or get 15 atk EV and 15 spd EV

@gmlg does the level of the pokemon i face matter when im EV training my rayquaza for max hp? for example, if i go against a level 34 stunfisk(which supposedly gives 2 EVs for hp) and i use level 50 rayquaza and faint stunfisk, do i still get the EVs? also, do i have to face nothin but hp-EV -raising pokemon or is it safe to face some attack-EV-raising pokemon occasionally as long as i get 4 hp EVs by the time my rayquaza levels up since 4 EVs of the same category raise that base stat?
