@SnowhitePP333 I definitely agree about the psychological analysis on her return. And I think the reason some people don't like it is because it was so outlandish or even seemed like the show was laughing at themselves, but I like that Frasier took itself a little less seriously and went with the storyline.

Why so many people don't like the storyline where Daphne gets fat to cover her pregnancy? I think it's brilliant! Especially after her overeating was so wonderfully explained when she returned from the spa... A deep bow to the screenplay writers

@KitsuneAdorable how is it disrespectful? I'm an actor too, maybe not famous by any means but she, like any actor is paid good money to pretend to be someone they aren't, she's playing a role, her character is NOT pregnant nor would have been at this point so they had to find ways to incorporate her body without impregnating the character and put its storyline way further ahead. It happens, she obviously had a good attitude about it or else there'd be no Daphne. Enjoy it for what it is.
