This was a heavily weathered wooden fence. It was covered with mildew (green), mold (black), and fungi (white the hardest to remove). First we apply chemicals to clean the fence. Notice the gradual color change as we chemically cleaned it. Unprofessional power washers use high pressure water. High pressure water will damage wooden fences and is seldom used except for cleaning concrete. When you use high pressure water to clean a wooden fence it leaves pressure marks in the wood every time that you stop for even a second. After the chemicals have cleaned the fence we low pressure rinse the fence. We always use low pressure and our process is damage free. Low pressure is about the strength of the water coming from a house faucet. If you are in need of professional power washing or roof cleaning services in the West Houston, Fulshear or Katy Texas please call us at (281) 392-2304. To learn more visit www.k-mpw.com.
