Police, especially the notoriously corrupt police at the LAPD, are often just as bad if not worse than the very gang bangers they are supposed to fight.
Police routinely break the law while on duty. On top of that, the LAPD are known for their serious moral and ethical indiscretions such as adultery and alcoholism.
