Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is a very enjoyable game. It's a very short game, but highly replayable. Every choice you make will affect the game, making every playthrough a refreshing experiece. The game's mechanics are simple and fun to use, specially using the Wii controllers. The game focuses on exploration instead of combat. The environments are big and there's a lot of interaction with the story characters making it a realistic experience. The game really submerses the player into the game. It really feels as if being out in there running on the streets covered with snow and I can almost feel the chill of the cold. The chase sequences are fast and exciting as you run and shake creature off your back or slam objects to help you escape. Athough the story is loosely based on the original Silent Hill, it's fun to see the twist that Konami plays on the characters. Shattered Memories is not a remake of the original, but rather like an alternate reality of it that is worth the ride. The team behind it did a hell of a job.

@Wiseman108 It is connected to the main story, it's a re-imagining of the first game.

Not really a Silent Hill game in my mind, (guess thats why it's not connected to the main story) however it does look like the game is a lot of fun. =D
