Becoming Happy II: Commitment (Part 4)

Stuart Perrin continues the series on "Becoming Happy II" with the 4th installment— "Commitment". Stuart reminds us that when he met Rudi he had never heard anyone speak about the things that Rudi spoke about. He remembers thinking to himself, 'I don't care what I have to do, I will learn how to do what Rudi teaches.' That was his commitment. Recorded live during a NYC meditation retreat, January, 2011. Mr. Perrin is a Kundalini yoga teacher of 38 years out of New York City, practicing in the lineage of Rudi (Swami Rudrananda).
