Although I am hugely pro-gun I can understand the desire to ban Assault weapons. The average Guy will never have a NEED for an assault weapon. Semi auto hunting rifles are for just that, hunting and those are also fine but when it comes to handguns and concealed carry of pistols and revolvers I thinks the desire to ban them is not only misguided but ill-informed.
The only people who lose out when you ban handguns is the honest man defending his own home. Look at the UK, our ban INCREASED crime

As a true civil libertarian I fully oppose infringements on the 2nd amendment. The furthest I would ever go would be instant background checks and that's only if there is some kind of compromise in the bill.
With that said let me further ask: HOW THE HELL ARE "YOU LIBERALS" (FUNNY SINCE ALOT OF "LIBERALS" ARE STARTING TO OPPOSE GUN CONTROL) GOING TO TAKE GUNS AWAY FROM OVER 100 MILLION AMERICANS?

When are people going to realize that guns and weapons mean nothing to the Elites that run this country. The Elites control your thoughts and actions (hey, how about them Cowboys)your wallets and you drive SUV's and trucks that use oil that they control. Hell, you people are part of the system.
