He apologized for this, and also co-sponsored a bill to repeal the anti-gay adoption law in Florida. I believe that it takes a strong person to realize that something they said was wrong and to apologize for it. It is even more wonderful that he now supports homosexuals.

There aren't enough homes for children as it is! There certainly aren't enough children being adopted into loving homes! Families are not "normal" these days..What I mean is: A large percentage of American families are divided by divorce; were never married and are divided; are made up of mixed family (step-family, grandma, aunt, cousins); and many are living without one of their parents because of the war..Aren't the children from those homes at risk of "psychological damage?" What a moron!
