JEFF CRAWFORD-Bank of America, call me now!!

Jeff Crawford I need you to call me regarding the conduct of your senor manager in credit cards Deanna Decapa. I am outraged at the attitude and conduct of her answers and lack of regarding my credit card accounts with Bank Of America.

You will respond. All of American seeing and hearing what has been going on with customers outraged at your actions will need to hear this attitude now from a Bank of America representative as she so arrogantly did not care how she responded or how she worded her answer to prove what many have said about Bank of America and this must stop. All of this being said to a customer that pays their bills on time and pays all bills regardless of total credit card debt. When a bank is allowed to lower credit limits due to overall credit card debt on that customer, this hurts that customers credit score therefore hurting that customers credit profile with no means of correcting the issue. In tern this is a form of fraud by the banks. Fraud in any other form like one charging on another;s card illegally is the same type destruction. Anything that hurts any customers credit profile that was not solely credit by that customer is an act against that customer and that is the result of banks / credit card companies lowering ones credit limits just because they have credit card debt.

Like Deanna Decapa said, if I had an 800 score which is excellent credit rating she would still raise the rates due to overall credit card debt. I asked her twice and she had the same answer both times. I can assure you that if you had a score of 800 you could apply for a new card and get a lower interest rate. She spouted off not thinking of what she was saying as I asked her more than once.

Bank of America I am outraged and expect and deserve more respect as a good paying customer and a phone call. I have called bank of America and talked with no luck too long. Jeff Crawford call me my number is on the video!

I agree with this guy, BOA, citi, chase are all acting the same way, I would be willing to band together with a large group to buy advertising on a billboard on a major interstate to boycott Bank of America. The more bad publicity that a major bank like gets could be a nightmare if followed thru. I will continue to tell my friends and my children and their children to never use banksters of America

I AM 23 AND I HAVE WROTE MY CONGRESSMAN BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE ME LIKE THIS AS WELL. I have very good credit never missed a payment or even went over. They have went all the way up on me, and telling me they have no reason why they raised it. the workers are so nasty with you, one told me that she was going to transfer me to their bankruptcy department.

I myself have my credit line on My Citi Card Master Card DRASTICALLY reduced last month and am serious entertaining the thought of taking Legal action against Citi Card in January!
