i notice u dont use hook grip? i find hook works wayyyyyy better BUT it hurts the hands more so its more mental, how much skin to rip off. lol. i personanally did 225 x 160ft. (80ft turn) with 15 in pick ups in like 36 secs, u looked way faster thou

I've tried the hook grip on these farmer's before and it actually made it a lot harder to hold on to. I actually haven't used anything over 126lbs on these for turns so I just need to get used to them.

yeah man i agree. i have only trained turning farmers a hand full (5 or so) times so i feel yeah

I haven't really done them since I've only had one contest where I needed to do a turn.
