This man needs no formal Introduction. He was a member of the IRB and was Hugly involved with the Planning ofthe 1916 EASTER RISING. iTS Padraig Pearse. Another great Irish Hero. Therein lies the ability to be proud of ones family, nation, tribe, race.

And yes I am proud of my family, tribe, nation and race. It has passed down and struggled and sacrificed to give the world the civilisation and greatest civilising influence the world has ever known.

and the acts of nobility- struggle, sacrifice, shedding of blood and sweat so that their children and childrens children could live on in better situation. And to know that such struggle was passed on and carried on from generation to generation faithfully- then in the gathering of all that picture- there is a pattern that has been passed down simply by virtue of genetic heritage and blood

If people have parents who did noble acts, then one can decide not to value such acts and not place much value on those acts and the kind of noble people such noble acts came from, and thus not be proud of them.

Or one can value all the noble acts of ones ancestors and know that such potential lies within them also- if one values ones ancestors
