firstly attak a guard while in the water

go underwater when he catches you

select 'pay with gold'

when you arrive at the castle you will be swiming in mid-air. if you hold down the attak button with a sword, you will attak guards, and they wont be able to attak you!wait till there dead and stop swinging. you will walk again. you will be charged for the peoples death, but only 50gp. take the guards stuff and watch mayhem continue. most guards that were hurt in the battle will be killed by other guards! how cool is that???!!!

how do u attack a guard in the water? They're too far away from the water

you attack the guard on land and when they chasing you jump into the water then they will swim after you. talk to them and select pay with gold option...and done!
