I first heard Clint Strong 1984 in a club near Bachman Lake Dallas at behest of late, great friend and mentor Charley Wirz (Charley's Guitar Shop). He was playing for Merle Haggard soon after that or already was. Freddy's got some doggone leather britches on ain't he?

I had the exact guitar Clint is playing and used it for my cd only mine never had any of those notes on it. And it didn't sound that good either.
