Yes, Eli DOES die in this one.... sorry guys, don't kill me! :S
This is about how Clare hurt Eli and then he dies, leaving a huge weight on her. She wishes she could take everything back but can't.
The blue scenes in this are all memories/flash backs Clare has of Eli, and she starts seeing him/re-living their times together.
