How I edit my RPC Akasumi

So...yea this shows chu how I edit akasumi X3 At my old PC I can't do this because it was all to slow when I used hypercam ^~^ but at this PC it was all okay :3

How did you made the line into a curve?

@MultiMiyukiChan at paint tool sai? it's rlly easy ^-^ you just need to make a vector layer, then choose the curve tool, and then just click...if you have a template (to example I have this sakura pic) you just need to follow the lines...I hope you understand, if not you can ask me a second time okay?
