I like how this guy left you a very vague question. I'm the guy he is talking about. He thinks that I'm talking about the older models. I'm trying to tell the guy the 2005+ models are nothing more than a re-badged Cobra. The Gt500 of last gen were meant to be cobra's, but Ford renewed it's relationship with ford and called it the gt500. If Ford was lying about that Shelby could sue.

I was wondering if you knew something... So, some guy i know says that Shelby GT350s / GT500s are Cobras. But, i have 2 different books, one on Mustangs, and one on Shelby Autos, and they both say that they just use the Cobra badging, but aren't Cobras. But this guy i know just keeps being stubborn and insisting that they are Cobras. Do you know weither or not they are Cobras?

You're correct. Shelbys are Shelbys and Cobras are Cobras, although Carroll Shelby designed both models.
