David Cook covers a song from one of my absolute favorite bands: MWK!

I support the entirety of David Cook + Band. All of them. Yes, I wanted Andy to sing this song. We talked to David after Oxford (the next night) for quite awhile, and when this performance was brought up, David immediately mentioned how it was kind of weird for him to be singing it. He wasn't sure about it. Straight from the gate, y'all. HE brought it up first. The label's wanting him to sing everything right now, but maybe in the future, they can mix it up a bit. I'd love to see it. I'll be there with bells on.

I go to see these boys in ALL their various band-shaped forms. I have a soft spot in my heart for MWK, I adore To Have Heroes, and I rock the hell out to David Cook. I'm not the enemy here, ya know? Just a serious music fan who buys what they're selling.

Keep the peace. Just say no to internet ~drama~ and enjoy the music. That's why we're here.

aw. this is great. i didn't even know they performed this. i went last night and they didn't. :( oh well. maybe next time. it totally woulda been awesome to hear andy sing, but there isn't much of a difference it all sounds so great. :) thanks for posting!
