In this case, was children. Elementary school children took it upon themselves to save their classmate, Gabrielle LaVerde.
Gabrielle, who is now 7 years old, suffers from Niemann-Pick Type C. This fatal genetic disease, cripples its victims much like Alzheimer's. Therefore the disease is commonly referred to as "early childhood Alzheimer's".
See for yourself how Gabrielle's classmates came to her aid and vowed to do whatever it takes to save her life. The word spreads as others join the children, incluidng entertainer, Lloyd Marcus, and the city's mayor, and together, they raise awareness and funds to pay for Gabrielle's experimental treatments.

Gisele, you have done it again. You have brought tears to my eyes. Every time I think I have fortified myself, and am strong enough to face another of your videos, you prove me wrong. You truly have a gift and I am blessed that you have chosen to utilize your gift for the benefit of my daughter and her disease. Once again, I thank you for your loving heart.
