    too many communications trainers, take these scores as the results of the analysis - and then crowbar it into their next module on the importance of body language

    the key message from Mehrabian is not that words are umiportant but that, it is in fact that when there is incongruence (ie the face is saying one thing, the voice is saying one thing and the words are saying something else) the recipient of the message pays least attention to the words
