The place was abandoned since the 1980's, the fire happened around 1999 maybe 2000. Up till that point you could walk through the whole house. We use to sit in the kitchen/living room and hang out for hours. There is a bomb shelter in the basement and tennis courts out back. I have a bunch of pictures of the Boat House somewhere. I'll see what I can find. What do you want to know?

I grew up on Lynack. Hung out at the boat house many days as a teenager. The cops thought their was a satanic cult practicing up there because of a few metal heads tagging the place with pentagrams. It was a sad day when the inside was set ablaze. You used to be able to walk up sets of stairs that lead you to different roof decks. That place was of full treasures.

Just went in there today. I strongly advise not to go exploring inside of it because the roof is caving in from all the rain and stuff we've had. I could hear creaking and cracking sounds the whole time i was in there.

Guys, Its not haunted, My best friends neighbor used to live there. When he moved out the guy he sold it to had a bad fire there. Since then kids made it look weird by breaking windows and stuff.
