The ring was open as you see on the video he meets a Mercedes on its way round that holds him up a bit!

Well its hard to say b/c there are several corses within the Nurburgring
Like Nordschleife(N loop), Gesamtstrecke (whole), Südschleife (S loop), and Zielschleife
Actually Now, that I have googled it up. I think this car beat it, and has the fastest time. 6'55" on the 13 mile Nordschleife
