Chemtrail Research Network - Water rationing, in Canada?

MONTREAL The verdict: The city should consider cancelling the largest contract in its history, the $355.8-million water-management contract.

But the citys auditor-general, Jacques Bergeron, goes further in his report on his probe of how the contract was awarded in November 2007, acknowledging that his office has already handed over documents and information to the Sûreté du Québec to assist in an investigation it launched in May into the contract.

The city needs to overhaul its system of governance, particularly the way it awards contracts, to prevent a repeat of the episode, Bergeron concludes in his 170-page report, distributed last night at the last council meeting ahead of the Nov. 1 election.

Among the conclusions in the report, there is a doubt about the close links between the representatives of outside firms involved in the contract-awarding process and the influence that certain meetings between them and the city might have had on the how the process unfolded.

I did my MA at McGill. Loved Montreal. I lived in the foreign student dorm above the Royal Victoria Hospital on University Street. That was back in '76-'77.

Lol thanx. Ah those were the best of times for this town. Mcgill campus was like entering Haight Ashbury. Things have changed and the NWO's conservative stiff cheapening attitude toward life has set in. I suppose that all over the world the youth aren't what they used to be.
