i'm a lady. men (from what i've seen) play hard to get b/c they don't want the person & may only want sex! when i'm not interested, i 1) show no excitement when having to talk back to the person 2) talk dry 3) show a look of " leave me alone" 4) IMMEDIATELY say: i'll call you back. i NEVER call back, if the person call; i NEVER answer 4) don't answer their texts 5) immediately say: i only want a friend

Honestly, sometimes we do it because we don't want to let you all the way in to see who we are out of the public eye. Trust is a difficult thing. And you don't just want to put everything about yourself out there only to find out she's not worth it. So we keep the cards close to the vest. Best thing to do in that situation is to show the man you're more than just a lover, because if he's doing that, he wants something more but has been hurt too much to trust.
