Flamingoes are known for their uncanny ability to stand perched on one leg for hours at a time. You too will have the strength and poise to balance on one leg once you've practiced our July routine. With a combination of strength, balancing, and plyometric moves- many performed while standing on one leg or on an unstable surface- this routine is bound to test your limits. We were also inspired by the fact that healthy, well-fed flamingoes develop feathers that are a brighter hue of pink than their unhealthy counterparts. We think that this rountine will leave your cheeks a bright, healthy shade of pink as well!
