At .47 seconds into the video was one of the few times they let the true beauty of Meredith Monroe shine. They always dressed her down to make joey look good. First episode of season four they had Andie in a bikini...Wow easily the best looking girl on DC,,,What was Pacey thinking? .......She was also the sweetest

Why? Money! You've to make it. J/P were the money makers. The audience preferred them 980/10. They could look at Joey or Pacey & and say- "that's me", "that's my life" or "that's my story". So, if you make $98 for every $10 you invest you're going to stay with that storyline. Regardless of what they did with "Andie" she was never going to secure that kind of return. If you match Pacey & Andie together you lose money. Viewers & cash-flow dictated P/A be killed for P/J for the show to survive.
