L'Eclatante comes from Michel Corrette's 3rd organ book of 1756. Played by Pastor de Lasala (Sydney, Australia) on the 17th century organ in the Basilica St Nazaire-St Celse, Carcassonne, France. Organ website: http://www.estivales.org/
No, there is only the one organ at present, unlike the situation is many French churches were there are two. I could ask the tituliare M. Bergnes about the existence of previous organs. The basilica is quite ancient and it is most likely to have had other organs.
No! The organ was originally made by Jean de Joyeuse in 1679. This had three manuals and pedals. Between 1772 and 1775 Jean-Pierre Cavaillé added a fourth manual and extended the case to take the pedal division. The organ is 17th century with an 18th century addition.
Is there another organ in St Nazaire, built in 1522?

Actually, the organ was built in circa 1522, which is not a 17th-century organ. It's a 16th century organ.
